Power & Performance is an 8-week, 4-day strength training program designed to build maximum strength, explosive power, and overall performance. Centered around foundational barbell lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench press, this program blends heavy compound movements with accessory work and athletic-style finishers.
It’s structured to work for both women and men who want to look strong, feel powerful, and train like athletes — not just bodybuilders.
Equipment needed: barbells, racks, plates, dumbbells, sleds, battle ropes. Most gyms will work! If you don't have access to a sled or rope no worries we can substitute!
